Where we ship

We currently ship to: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, and the Czech Republic.

Processing & delivery

All orders are dispatched from our EU warehouse in Germany within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). Delivery takes 5–7 business days with tracked shipping via DHL. Because your order ships from within the EU, there are no customs charges or import fees for EU customers.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free to Germany. A small flat shipping fee applies to other destinations and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, contact us at.

We're not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs (for any non-EU destination), weather, or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before ordering.
