1. Overview — By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms. The store is operated by ΑΡΚΟΥΛΗΣ ΕΥΑΓΓΕΛΟΣ ΤΟΥ ΓΕΩΡΓΙΟΥ (VAT EL170472990), Αχιλλέως 46, Γλυφάδα 16674, Greece.

2. Products & pricing — We do our best to display products and prices accurately. Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, or refuse/cancel an order (with full refund) if a pricing or stock error occurs.

3. Orders — Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order/shipping confirmation. We may decline orders that appear fraudulent or breach these Terms.

4. Payment — Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your card details.

5. Delivery, returns & refunds — Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Right of withdrawal — EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Liability — To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Intellectual property — All content on this site (text, images, logos) belongs to Orennero and may not be reused without permission.

9. Governing law — These Terms are governed by Greek law and the laws of the European Union. Disputes fall under the competent Greek courts. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
